This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership, and once again I had an excellent experience. This time I purchased my new 2027 Toyota Land Cruiser, and Chris Vidal went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was able to locate the exact build I was looking for, including the exterior color, interior, and accessories. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize Guillermo Cruz in finance. Guillermo did an excellent job educating me on all of the available warranty and protection options. He took the time to explain what each one covered, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand which options made the most sense for me. With a purchase this significant, I wanted to make sure my new Land Cruiser was properly protected, and Guillermo helped me make informed decisions without ever making me feel pressured.
