After months of searching for the right family SUV, I finally purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander from Lia Toyota of Rockland, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our salesperson, **Grace Castro**, was absolutely fantastic. It's hard to believe she had only been a sales associate for one month because she carried herself like someone with years of experience. She was honest, straightforward, and never once used high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. She was always quick to respond to my questions, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. She even took the time to have genuine conversations with us, which made the entire experience feel much more personal. One small thing that really stood out was that my mom and I asked Grace if she had a recommendation for a good place to grab lunch while we were in the area. She recommended **The Breakfast & Burger Club** in Nyack, and it was excellent. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed she genuinely cared about making our entire visit a great experience—not just selling us a vehicle. I also want to recognize **Guillermo Cruz**, our Business Manager. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to secure what he felt was the best financing option available after my pre approval loan officer couldn't be reached. During the paperwork, we discovered we both shared an interest in diesel engines. Guillermo owns a diesel Sprinter for his business, and we ended up having a great conversation about diesel technology and DPF systems. It was refreshing to have a real conversation instead of feeling like I was just another customer. I also appreciated that Lia Toyota was willing to accept a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was told they don't normally place deposits on used vehicles, and with another customer showing interest while we were at the dealership, that deposit gave me the opportunity to make the trip from Connecticut without worrying that the vehicle would be sold before I arrived. My mom came with me as my co-pilot for the trip, and she has purchased many vehicles over the years. She was just as impressed as I was with how we were treated by everyone at the dealership. She commented on how professional, honest, and welcoming the sales department was throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Grace, Guillermo, and the entire team made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. I would absolutely recommend Lia Toyota of Rockland to anyone looking for a dealership that values honesty, communication, and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip from Connecticut again to purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again to everyone at Lia Toyota of Rockland for making this such a positive experience.

Had an amazing experience here buying a 2026 Corolla Cross from Jack G. He was kind, friendly, patient, attentive and a big help with all the paper work. I feeling like it rare to get a sales person that actually cares about the customer but I can say without a doubt Jack does. Guillermo the fiancé manger was amazing at helping get a payment that was within our budget. Over would highly recommend Lia Toyota and Jack G.

A huge THANK YOU to Raheem for putting up for my determination to get the RAV4 hybrid and the indecision that followed when it wasn’t an option. He was patient and caring as he listened to all the features we wanted in a car. As he suggested other options, he was attentive to what we shared, and even made the experience fun with jokes along the way! Also a SHOUT OUT to Guillermo who helped with all the paperwork, and made this as seamless a process as possible! He explained everything in an easy way to understand and really worked on solidifying a package would make sense for us. I have multiple Toyota dealerships near my home, but I drove to Lia Toyota of Rockland. Juan, my salesman, and Guillermo, the finance manager, were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way for the entire process, have followed up to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle and made sure I left with a huge smile.
