I had a great experience at Toyota of Rockland today!! I needed a new battery for my key. I was greeted by Michelle, at the service desk, who was friendly and and attentive. Shortly after, Jason came out to take my key to replace the battery. I mentioned my other key which had fallen and broke apart. I was able to put it back together but without the buttons. It was long shot but I asked Jason if he could help by any chance. He said hed be happy to try. A short time later, he came out with both keys good as new!! He really went the extra mile and did it with a great attitude. Its experiences like this that will keep me coming back to Toyota of Rockland. Thank you, Michelle & Jason!!
