I had one of the best car buying experiences at Lia Rockland. I came in looked at a car and was out the door in under 3 hours with the car I wanted. Everyone was professional and very helpful. Specifically Jennifer and Mike in sales. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to come here.

Buying a new car is always a stressful ordeal so it always helps when you have people who make the experience a little easier on you. I have to say the salesman Allister Lewis immediately felt like someone who made me feel seen and heard. Look, I get it l, they want to do there thing and put a sale in the books but when you’re made to feel like a person it really makes the experience much less tedious. I also want to say that Jennifer in financing really went out of her way to push a deal through and get things over the finish line. It was a Friday night and everyone just want to get home and enjoy the weekend. Jennifer stuck around and kept at it to make sure I left with a new vehicle. It meant a lot she was willing to delay her weekend just to make sure I walked away happy. I appreciate her and everyone at the dealership who helped make this experience worthwhile.

Jennifer and Raheem the salesman were amazing I came in to just look at some new vehicles!!! And left with an amazing feeling and a brand new car!!! Jennifer the finance manager was amazing with every little detail!!! I recommend coming to Jennifer and Raheem the best duo !!!!

Came in on an emergency situation having to give up my Ford Edge and man did Jack and I think Jennifer is her name, absolutely made me feel taken care of but most importantly considered. Even after going to other dealers Lia Toyota and Jack beat everyone around. Plus, I came in looking for a quick set of wheels and ended up getting a whole truck for a FANTASTIC PRICE plus amazing insurance quotes Jack got for me too.
