We visited this dealership late on a Friday afternoon. Since it was close to closing time, we had stopped by a few nearby dealerships first, but many of them had already locked their vehicles as employees were getting ready to leave, making it difficult to even look inside the cars. When we walked into the showroom, Joseph greeted us with a warm smile. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even though it was almost the end of the workday, he never made us feel rushed. Instead, he took the time to answer all of our questions and showed us everything with genuine care and patience. His outstanding customer service truly impressed us, and we immediately felt that he was someone we could trust and confidently buy a car from. Unfortunately, the exact vehicle we wanted was not in stock, and we were told there would be a long wait. Although we left without making a purchase, our experience with Joseph was so positive that we definitely plan to come back when the vehicle becomes available. Thank you, Joseph, for making our visit such a pleasant experience!

Working with Lia Toyota for over 15 years I’d always been very happy with sales and service both. However, service began to turn a little less professional during the last six months or so than it always had been. Many of the service people have left and we are starting with a new crew! I look forward to seeing how they do with my Corolla when I come in next week. I also intend to work with Joseph Constable for a possible upgrade! 4 years ago when I purchased my current vehicle, Sean Harris performed a thorough and timely inspection for my vehicle at lease-end and I made a good deal for the purchase with Isaac R. (who did the beneficial financing arrangements). He threw in a maintenance agreement with my purchase, and this used to be and hopefully still is a great benefit of doing business with Lia. I hope to find personalized and trusted customer/vehicle service once again.

Lia has gained a family of returning customers. We worked with Joseph Constable to buy two new Toyotas, and he was wonderful. He was fair and knowledgeable, and worked hard to help us find new cars that worked for our family! Jennifer Emmett in finance was fantastic, too. She explained everything and made it easy to understand (and she got us a better rate than we were expecting) ! I also have to give a shoutout to Melissa in the service department. Last month, our older car wouldnt start and I was 8 months pregnant solo parenting for the weekend. When I called the service department, she went out of her way to help. Totally above and beyond! We could not recommend Lia enough. 10/10 all around!

My wife, Denise, bought a new Toyota Corolla Cross at Lia Toyota of Rockland from JOSEPH. He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable that I'd say the experience was not just painless but an absolute pleasure. Everyone, from a Mr. Lia who runs the place and sets the atmosphere, to the woman at the front desk was incredibly polite, helpful, and even humorous! I'll buy my next car there.
