Best car buying experience Ive ever had! From the moment I walked in the door to riding away in my new 4Runner every step was seamless and everyone was incredibly courteous. I never felt pressured and the Lia team worked around my schedule so my time at this clean and modern dealership was short. Major thanks to Sam Pal my product specialist. Jennifer Emmet the business manager is absolutely lovely, she went over all my options in a transparent manner explaining every detail along the way. Mike B and Scott C the managers clearly take pride in running a fun and professional dealership. I even met one of the owners who seemed completely dedicated to a great customer experience. I had a great experience at Toyota of Rockland today!! I needed a new battery for my key. I was greeted by Michelle, at the service desk, who was friendly and and attentive. Shortly after, Jason came out to take my key to replace the battery. I mentioned my other key which had fallen and broke apart. I was able to put it back together but without the buttons. It was long shot but I asked Jason if he could help by any chance. He said hed be happy to try. A short time later, he came out with both keys good as new!! He really went the extra mile and did it with a great attitude. Its experiences like this that will keep me coming back to Toyota of Rockland. Thank you, Michelle & Jason!!

The Lia Toyota of Rockland Service Department team led by Phil the Service Manager & Sergio my Sevice writer provided excellent service for my 2021 Rav 4. The customer service is outstanding! Any persons that are looking for 5 star service Lia Toyota of Rockland is the place to go!My total experience from Anna my salesperson to the white glove treatment by the service department team has been stellar. Every single time I bring my Toyota to Lia, it is a fantastic experience. I even look forward to bringing my car to get maintenanced. Everything always runs so smoothly, the team is so fantastic and friendly. Purchasing my car was also the BEST experience Ive ever had in a dealership. Today I went for 15K maintenance, Rachel and Michelle took amazing care of me. Highly recommend!!!
