This was my 3rd visit for routine service on my RAV4. The service was outstanding. Rachel Adelman met me by my car and introduced herself immediately. She advised the approximate time for the service and asked if I had a questions or concerns. She is extremely professional - you are lucky to have her on your team.

I had my Toyota towed to Lia Toyota because it would not start. I had to leave it over the weekend. They installed a new battery. This was the second battery in 3 years Rachel Adelman in the service department was the most rude person I ever dealt with at Lia Toyota. She told me my car was ready Saturday but it still did not start. She blamed me for putting the wrong gas in my car. Whatever was wrong she spoke down to me and dismissed me. Unlike the rest of Lia's staff, this girl does not have respect for customers. She is a little girl trying to give orders to customers.

Alright where do I begin like a month ago I brought my dads car in to get an inspection done the service advisor Rachel was very rude she went into the service area said that I was here at Toyota then has to grab the dispatcher tom to see what I was doing and I said an inspection so it took about an hour to get a service advisor to help but also the guy that was helping me was very disrespectful I know that I quit over there from a previous manger that was there but still you don’t need to be rude to paying customers also I would mention that the car was sitting in the shop for over an hour not touched and I said how much longer and they did it and brought it out would I also mention that the person who rang me up charged me and extra $40 For basically nothing I already know I’m not bringing my vehicles and my parents cars back here ever again I’m gonna go somewhere where I’m being respected that’s why I had put the 1 star I would give zero stars if I could

We have used Lia Toyota to service our 2024 4Runner and 2025 Tacoma and they have been nothing short of amazing. We used Rachel at the service department and she was great. We had one hick up and immediately brought it to the attention of the service manager who took care of the problem immediately. He as well was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them at all.

Predatory sales strategy. We went in for an oil change, they ended up taking our inspection sticker and saying we needed to pay $800-$1400 in order for us to pass inspection and justified it by saying it was a license plate light and rear brakes. They tried to instill fear by saying wed be fined if we drive our car on the road hundreds or thousands of dollars. I bought a light bulb the same day on Amazon, replaced the plate light, and got my car inspected for $10 at a local shop. Had we given into the fear tactics of the service center, wed be out of pocket as much money as they couldve gotten out of us. Not to mention that my wife was there alone with our two toddlers at the time trying to get the work done. This is my second horrible experience with a Toyota dealership and Im really wondering why Im still driving a Toyota and supporting this company. Never coming back Game the worker pushing the sales was Rachel.
