Friendly and responsive. Fair in pricing and negotiation. Salesman Cliff Montes was great as was the sales manager Mike. Even the receptionists Chelsea and Roz were great. The finance portion was disjointed and choppy. That needs real improvement.

Good morning, I brought my ( new to me ) 2022 Avalon limited to Lia Toyota for an oil change, get an extended warantee, and get help learning the GPS, as I did not receive an Audio &Navigation manual with this car. I first met Mr. Ralph Russo in service, who took very good care that I get everything I requested. While the car was in service, I met Mr. Cruz and worked up an excellent extended warantee. I then met your receptionist, Roz, who is a charming and very aware employee. When Mr. Russo came out for me, He had a young "techie " Carl show me the ins and outs of the GPS system. I cannot forget Joseph, a salesman who I met a few weeks earlier when I was searching for a 2022 Avalon, and he remembered the features that I desired, although I did find the car in Maryland. Thank you all in the Lia family. I was NEVER treated this good at any car dealership before. Arthur Maihack
