My visit on 1/28 /2025 was excellent!! This made up for the horrible experience and appointment on 1/25: the service was good but the advisor was not!! The service advisor person on 1/28 (I think Tanisha) was kind and informative. She personally check up on me twice, inquired if I had time to wait to finish the repair and walked out to give me my keys when done. She quoted 90 minutes for the repairs and they were done in like 95 minutes!!Everything was fixed!! In the future I will ask for her!! She knows great customer service and I hope the others can learn from her. Thanks !!

Cody was friendly and honest. He told me exactly what I have to address to avoid a future headache. The lobby was comfortable, free coffee. It took less time than they said it would for my inspection. Taisha processed my payment and the mechanic told me the proper fluids for my Toyota vehicle. They seem trustworthy which is the most important thing because I have wasted thousands of dollars with dishonest mechanics that ruined my vehicle in the past and created more problems. Thank you Lia Toyota.
