Amy Takorian is a wonderful service person. She guided me through my car problem from diagnosis to final repair. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. On the day of service she kept me updated on the process and made sure my time waiting was comfortable. Service was completed in a timely matter. All in all my experience was excellent.

My TACO needed lots of love and care. Lia service representative-Amy made it a smooth and seamless experience. Lia Is 45 minutes drive from my location, so making routine appointments is tough. When I make it to Lia I appreciate the attention given and understanding when I bring the car in. Amy at Lia seems to understand my predicament and take into account my distance. When I have to wait for my Taco, Lia makes an effort to get the work done, In a timely fashion, while I take in sights and visiting some restaurants. I prefer Lia over my local Toyota service dealer which is 15 minute drive. I am sure that folks have their preference but my experience has been remarkable. Thus far the service is consistent, approachable, Personable and Transparent.

Came in to get my tires changed. Service advisors Amy and Olivia were extremely helpful. My alignment was also off a bit when I brought it in, and was corrected by the time I left. Truck looks great and drives even better.
