My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Lia Toyota in Wilbraham, and we had a great experience working with Brian Farr. I usually dislike going to dealerships and making large purchases, but Brian made the process much more comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to help us find a vehicle that fit our budget and never made us feel pressured. We had a babysitter at home with our children and were on a tight schedule, and Brian was very accommodating of our needs and respectful of our time. He worked with us to keep the process moving smoothly while making sure all of our questions were answered. What stood out most was his transparency throughout the entire experience. He was straightforward, honest, and easy to work with, which made a big difference when making such an important purchase. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience!!

Had an amazing experience with Brian Farr. Great customer service understanding and very helpful. This is my first ever brand new car and while I was nervous that I might not get approved or leave with a car he kept me optimistic and it all worked out in the end. I would recommend him to anyone in a heart beat. If you want great customer service and leave with a smile on your face Brian Farr is the guy for you. And also a huge shout out to Richard the sales manager to who helped me get into my new car💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
