Buying a car has always been a stressful ordeal but for me but the staff at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham were the exception . From my first phone call with Caleb Currier until the final handoff with Goncalo Costa on the day of delivery , they were professional , respectful and knowledgeable . Caleb was able to find the truck I wanted with the options I needed . Goncalo was thorough with having the truck properly prepped and ready to go on the day of delivery . He was totally knowledgeable about the operation and function of my truck and went through them in full detail before we left the lot . They made it worth my effort to drive the distance for my new Tacoma and I would highly recommend them to anyone .

Huge shoutout to the team at Lia Toyota! I just picked up my new RAV4 Hybrid and the experience was 10/10. I compared prices all over New York, and nobody could beat the deal I got from this place in Boston. Very good experience. Was skeptical to buy out of state but Caleb did almost the entire deal on Facebook. I drove to drive the car and do the paperwork and they delivered it to my door step a few days later. I 100% recommend Caleb and Lia Toyota of Wilbraham

I worked with Caleb to order my Grand Highlander. He saw in a Facebook group my specs and they happened to get a car with almost the exact specs. We negotiated the entire deal via messanger and he got me a great deal. No other dealer came close. His communication was amazing answered all my silly questions. We picked up our car Saturday and pick up went smoothly

Called in regards to a pre owned vehicle on their lot. Spoke with the Caleb who seemed interested at first. When I gave my name, Calebs tone went from welcoming to cold. After giving my vehicles information to Caleb, I was told I would get a call back. I never have. Found out from family and friends that this dealership is known to have a thing against Hispanics and wont do business with you if you are. Not surprised given the area its in.
