GoogleCassie Cloutier was the person who welcomed and served me at my 3rd complimentary service check at Lia Toyota. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in getting my car evaluated and showing me to the comfortable visitors waiting area..I also appreciated being able to get my new inspection sticker at this visit. I will definitely return to Lia for my RAV4 service needs

GoogleI had my 2023 Corolla LE in for a 4-wheel alignment. I waited in the dealership - that offers free tea and coffee - and the work was done in less than an hour. Cassie Cloutier was my service rep. Also - setting up my appointment on line was very easy. I also printed and brought in a $20 off alignment coupon! Great experience!

GoogleCassie was clear and efficient, she made sure I was kept informed the whole time they had my 4runner. The tech that worked on my vehicle quickly found the issue, and resolved it in a very timely manner. I had my truck back in just over a day.
