Bought a car March 29 2025 I called April 7 to cancel my vsa left voicemail no call back went in person April 19 2025 he said all I needed is your approval and thats it mind you I want to see you do it not just tell me he rushed me out of there I called later that day for a confirmation email saying it was canceled he ignored my calls so Cindy tells me hes busy hes going to take care of it Monday so Monday I call hes not in like we only got 30 days to cancel the vsa what type of service is that richard greenway

Consistent excellent service The service staff works together to ensure their customer’s s needs are met. Cynthia Patrick Is one example of excellent service. She makes sure the special concerns I have are documented and personally talks with the mechanics about the concern. There have been several times I had schedule problem or limited time to wait and Cindy worked her magic to help me out. I know when my car is serviced that the job is done correctly.

Awesome Customer Service I recently serviced my car brakes and inspection with some minor hiccups. The customer service was so wonderful. Cindy Patrick went above and beyond to rectify situations to get my car fixed quickly and correctly. The dealership service department was very busy due to COVID-19 and limited resources. Even with everything else going on, Cindy made me feel valued as a customer and did it all with such grace and a smile on her face. I only want to have Cindy as my customer service rep from now on! I am a loyal Toyota customer, and Cindy just solidified why I will remain so.
