I always get the most professional service at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham. The service staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. My service advisor Cassie Cloutier, kept me informed of procedures in a timely manner. She even personally made sure that my tire pressure was correct (had 4 tire pressure sensors replaced) before I left the premises. I have been extremely satisfied with the service staff and the work that they performed on my car. I purchased my car there 10 years ago and have been going there for service since.

Edwin Ramos at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham unexpectedly emailed me on Thursday morning, the day after we purchased our Tacoma. He let me know that he would be contacting me throughout the day with updates on the status of our truck. I responded, 'how, you don't have the truck!' He msgs me that it's an automated text when a service order is put in. Oh, ok. See, we had taken the truck home at 6:40 p.m., being told parts (Tonneau cover and tube steps) should be in by Friday. So then he asks if I can get to Lia after noon (Thursday), the parts will be here! WOO HOO! 'Yes I can!' Parts ordered at 6:30 p.m. and will be on the truck along with inspection sticker in less than 18 hours. FANTASTIC! Thanks to Edwin Ramos, and all his associates, for making us very happy that we stopped at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham!!
