I bought Toyota Corolla 2025 two weeks ago. It was cloudy,dark day.Next day when I went to pick up my new car,was nice sunny weather so I noticed a lot of scratches,but manager told me me you should look look at the car before I bought it I think Toyota dealer should look at the car before selling. I didnt like the way how he was talking to me.

Buying a car has always been a stressful ordeal but for me but the staff at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham were the exception . From my first phone call with Caleb Currier until the final handoff with Goncalo Costa on the day of delivery , they were professional , respectful and knowledgeable . Caleb was able to find the truck I wanted with the options I needed . Goncalo was thorough with having the truck properly prepped and ready to go on the day of delivery . He was totally knowledgeable about the operation and function of my truck and went through them in full detail before we left the lot . They made it worth my effort to drive the distance for my new Tacoma and I would highly recommend them to anyone .

My Sonata recently bit the dust so I had to shop around for a new car. I finally decided to get a 2021 Camry. My salesman Goncalo Costa was extremely curtious, friendly, and helped with any questions I had. Most of all he and the finance manager Rich were not pushy at all (which we all can appreciate). Overall I had a fantastic experience, and would absolutely recommend them and Goncalo Costa anytime. Thank you for your professionalism and the curtesy I recieved. 5 stars all the way.

Overall very happy with my experience at Lia Toyota. Worked with Goncalo Costa last week trading in my Lexus GS350 for a Tacoma TRD Sport. Goncalo to the time at the end of his day to go on a thorough test drive and I truly felt like I was just taking a drive with one of my buds. Knowledgeable, respectful and not pushy at any moment. We worked out a good deal and Goncalo coordinated with another salesmen to facilitate my pick up on his regular scheduled day off. Much appreciated and I have already recommended a friend.

Worked with Goncarlo Costa at Lia and had a great experience. He was very patient and willing to help me look at several cars... during a snow storm! Financing and paperwork was easy. When I went to pick up the car, did have to wait quite a bit as the detailing was not done correctly. Goncarlo inspected the car first and made sure the new detailer redid it. Still had issues with the cleaniness, however that was due to the new person and needing more training! Goncarlo offered another detail to help make up for this. So far, had a good and pretty painless experience buying my car.

Goncolo was excellent and no pressure Truck was given to me dirty. Seats and dash were clean but Garbage under the seats and cigarette butts and dust in the bed

Cynthia Patrick And salesman Goncalo Costa really great people and professional in their jobs, also the sale manger Mike his is very nice person and great in his job as well, Thank you all
