I brought my Rav 4 in for the replacement of a decal strip on the top of the roof which would fly up & out when I went through the Touchless Car Wash. I had an appointment at 10am and Joseph King was very helpful getting my car in for the work! It was supposed to be 30-45 minutes but things went awry and Joseph notified me that they hadn't used the new strip but glued the old one down. He had the professional mechanics replace the olds strip and my car was done by 12:15pm. I asked if I could run my Rav 4 through the Touchless Car Wash and was given the OK by the the Technician. I went across the street to use the Touchless Car Wash and at the conclusion, my new strip flew up in the air! I drove back across the street to Lia and Joseph King got my car in ASAP. They reglued it and gave me new directions....park in the sun for today and no car wash for 24 hours! It took much longer than expected but I was kept informed and I'm hoping this decorative strip stays where it belongs! Thanks!

I am a regular Lia Toyota (Wilbraham) customer. This car dealer really offers a great service with integrity and professionalism. All team really does a great job. A note of merit goes to Joe King. I appreciate all professional and hard work he does for me anytime I come in with one of my two cars that are under Lia service. He is a young guy who appreciates my business every time I visit the service department, no matter if it's just for an oil change. My coming back for any regular and extraordinary service is the result of the significant effort of Joe King toward an excellent service.
