Lia Toyotas service department is great , they keep you in the loop on your vehicle! Theyre truthful on recommendations on your vehicle and no pressure to go ahead and accept those recommendations.

After a month of frustration and no answers for the starting problems on my 17 year old Nissan Altima, I chose to visit Lia Toyota of Wilbraham. And yes, I'm glad I did!! From the very pleasant and helpful, initial contact with LaSharie, who directed us to my salesman, Shawn and fellow salesman, Sharif, both amazing, caring people; they all made my car purchasing journey the best. I bought a pre-owned 2018 Camry XSE, which I am in love with. I also would like to thank Richard in finance for working out the details, and Kelly in the Service Dept for keeping us posted thru the final services and inspection. To a truly super group of employees, kudos, and many thanks again. I am so happy I chose the Lia Toyota Group of Wilbraham!

I always have an awesome experience with Lia Toyota and Kelly Murray was very professional, the one time I got cheap and tried to save money by going to another place to get an oil change I only ended up saving $5 and the technician at the other oil change place couldnt reset my dashboard so i went to Toyota and they reset it for me even though I didnt get it done there, so they have been great for everything I have had done there and I wont go anywhere else anymore

I just would like to say thank you to Kelly Murphy at the service department for allowing me to bring her my concerns about my vehicle of the service that was done on April 2025 I was gladly to say that we had a nice conversation and she was willing to to fulfill my needs to the vehicle.
