I had an incredible experience with Lia Toyota! It started with a seamless chat session where they set up an appointment for me with Brian. When I arrived, the chat representative was waiting for me and personally introduced me to Brian, who walked me through the entire appraisal process and listened to exactly what I wanted. I fell in love with a Highlander that had just arrived. It had a few scratches, but Brian promised they would be buffed out and detailed and they kept that promise perfectly.When a credit issue popped up, the loan processor, Michael, went out of his way to help. He told me if I could get approval through my current lender, they would honor their initial contract. Thanks to his guidance, I got the approval, and Michael was genuinely thrilled to help me finalize everything. Because of bad weather, they kept the SUV for four days to finish the detailing and scratch removal, and it looked perfect when I picked it up.Even when we realized there was only one key fob, the sales manager, Alek, came out to personally apologize and handle the situation with total kindness. As a courtesy, Brian even installed the crossbars I bought online. A week later, I had a hitch and wiring installed, and the service was prompt and professional. To top it all off, I accidentally left my wallet in the vehicle, and a total "Wonder Woman" named Cindy found it and kept it safe for me! Buying a car is never easy, but Lia Toyota treated me like family. I am forever grateful!

Mike Caplan was very helpful. Got us to our new car, even when we wanted to go and look at the color of the car I wanted under the POURING rain. And he didn’t have an umbrella 🙁. He explained everything so I could understand. He went over and beyond.
