Great experience with Mike K in sales but had a disappointing experience with the person that handled my finance part. I know their name but dont want to put on blast. Communication was poor and they actually lied to me and I figured it out because Toyota finance confirmed they didnt do what they said they did. Hoping they do better in the future.
