I usually dont like wasting time writing reviews specially in car dealer site, but as a customer I can honestly say Paige Schafer is one of the best there and truly keeps her word. I highly recommend her if you dont like surprises during your purchase journey. Many people dont keep their promises, but she does. She definitely helps keep that dealership at a high standard. Without her, they would lose more customers than they already do. Its okay to advertise a vehicle and talk about its good features, but omitting or adding things just to make a sale shows a lack of respect. Paige is doing great, and I hope she continues to represent the company this way. I also hope others take her as an example so this car dealer can grow and provide better service in our community.

I recently went to Lia Toyota on a desperate whim for a new vehicle due to my transmission going unexpectedly. Paige Shaifer was great taking care of all my sales needs. We looked at 4 different vehicles, and she took the time with each one of them to go over them and let us test drive them we decided on the RAV4 for our lifestyle would be the best fit. We are very happy with the vehicle, this is my 12 vehicle. I have purchased from Lia Toyota and I will be back for my next vehicle also. Paige Schafer was so easy to work with and listened to what I wanted. In what felt like less than 20 minutes she had me test driving a RAV4 and a few days later ready to purchase! When the day came for pick up, she gave me updates throughout the day and was available to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend working with Paige if you want a smooth and easy experience!
