I purchased a used plug-in Toyota vehicle that I love. The vehicle was priced fairly. The financing rate for the vehicle was great. However, I did not have a great experience overall at this dealership. Poor commnication. Lack of return phone calls and emails. It took a while for them to get the math correct on the final invoice. On the day that I test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it the Finance person offered me an extended warranty for approximately $2900. I was asked to make a decision about the warranty plan then and there and was told it would not be available to me at that price if I did not decide then. I said I needed overnight to review the plan and make a decsion or I wouldn't be considering it at all. They agreed. The next day I informed the finance guy that I would not be taking the warranty and that I also did not want to finance the state registration fee. However, the next day I received the "final" paperwork that still had the warranty charge and registration fee on it. An error? Perhaps. Or hopes that I would sign without noticing the charges were still there. I don't know. When attempts to get through to the finance guy to correct the invoice were not responded to I asked to speak to the finance manager. I left a message and never received a call back. I did manage to speak to the sales person David who was able to get the corrected documents sent to me. The vehicle was finally delivered to me 9 days after I agreed to purchase it and 7 days after they has a decent down payment in their bank. I immediately noticed that the Level 1 charger was not in the car. I attempted to reach the finance manger and sales person to report this with no return call or email. There was a message relayed to me that "well it is a used car"! A used plug in vehicle from a dealership with out the charging cord - you've got to be joking! It was finally recommended to me that I contacy Riley at the dealership to discuss this. Guess what - he didn't return my call either. So I have since self-purchased a charger for my vehicle. The best part of the experience was Cindy S. who pleasantly fielded my many calls and attempted to help me as much as possible. Very polite, professional, and sincerely wanted to help me. Thank you Cindy S.

WOW. I sincerely wish I had read these reviews before I bought my used Prius from Lia 2 weeks ago. 100% instant and total buyer's remorse, and I get a consistent vibe from reading through these reviews. I had a 2021 Prius AMD LE that was the perfect car for my needs, and it got totalled in January with 127k miles on it. I just wanted as near as I could get to an identical replacement. Lia listed a 2022 - same car, same color, same trim with 97k miles. It was listed at what I thought was a decent price considering the mileage. It was listed as 'Clean Carfax - no accidents reported'. A quick walkaround on a snowy day and there was nothing that stood out beyond normal highway chips and scratches. All good. I gacve a deposit. Before I even got out the door, I had a sales manager sit down and explain that it was the last day of the month, and she was a couple of sales short of making their quota - they were going to miss out on their monthly bonus. It would really mean a lot to her if I'd just sign the paperwork right there and finalize the sale. I told here I needed a day and wasn't going to rush this. I'd be back tomorrow. 2 hours later, I get a call from another sales person asking if I would interrupt my dinner with my elderly parents to get these e-docs signed within the next 15 minutes before they closed for the day. I did not. I went to the dealership the next day to take care of it. After I picked the car up, I noticed that there was a repair to the driver's door. Not even a very good one. It's noticeable when the light is right, and easy to miss if it's cloudy or wet. I called the sales rep (Shawn) to say how unhappy I was about this - I didn't know I was buying a damaged car. His response was 'Oh, I thought you saw that. There's really nothing we can do now.' Seriously? My old car would average 52~ MPG. It would range from 50-56, depending on conditions. I had said this was the single biggest factor in my wanting this car, as I drive ~1200 miles / week. The new car has been averaging 42 MPG. Quick math.... that's an extra tank of gas for me every week, which adds +$100/month to the cost of this car. Within a week, my tire pressure sensor light went on, and I stopped to put air in. When bent down, I noticed that all of the body panel clips in the wheel well were broken. On both sides in the front. Then, as I'm walking around the car looking carefully, I realize that the whole front bumper has been painted. A close match, but not right. Clearly masked under the edges of the wheel well. It's rained a lot in the past week. Every time it does, all the windows fog up inside. Makes me think there's something up with the door seals. I'm super-frustrated at this point, as the only reason I went to a dealer in the first place was that my last purchase experience when I bought the 2021 vehicle (at McGee Toyota in Putnam) was AMAZINGLY good. I simply wanted a similar experience, and Lia is right between home and work. So anyway, I buy the CarFAX report, and see 2 accidents listed. One to the driver's side, and one to the rear end. So, aside from what I know about, apparently, there's more that I haven't even found yet. Awesome. Like I said.... all I wanted was a hassle-free experience and a decent solid car. This has been a nightmare. Caveat emptor, for sure. My mistake. I feel like an idiot for trusting them. I did see that several other people had bad experiences, and I saw Riley Campbell's (General Manager) direct extension listed here. I left him a voicemail first thing this morning asking to get back to me, and I called twice back and asked for him before posting this. I've not received a call back, and he was unavailable both times I called the desk. I expect zero resolution, but posting in hopes of helping someone else avoid a similar fate.

If I could give less I would. At first they seemed perfect. Everyone was nice. Car came in early. Communication was ok. We picked up our car on a Saturday. That was the last good part. When filling out the loan docs they made a mistake with the VIN number. Ok mistakes happen but then communication stopped. They had a driver bring the check to us so we could get another issued by our bank. We did that right away. Called to let them know when the new check was here. It took two days to get someone to come get it. Ok now we are passed the days to register the car. They had to send a new P&S so we would covered by insurance . Then we had issues with our registration. Again extremely poor communication. It took over another week maybe more and way more hours on the phone, multiple managers and still no registration. They had to send another P&S so I would be covered by insurance . Finally got to the general manager Riley and we spoke and he was going to fix everything. They were holding my money and then kept money that they shouldn’t have to do with the registration. Riley made commitments but never followed through. I called and called and totally ghosted. I would have given zero stars if I could. Run do not go there do not count on good service.

Hands down the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. Im in business and have purchased many vehicles over the years, but Riley at Toyota of Wilbraham provided top-notch service like no other. He and his team made the process incredibly smooth, professional, and stress-free. I came in for one car, and now this is my go-to spot for all future Toyota purchases. Highly recommend!

not sure if youre aware of the fact that my wife and I is now passed. This will be the 11th vehicle. I have purchased from this dealership or least. I am happy with the service although messages or communication needs improvement, but I am still happy with the dealership. I am happy with the sales people Riley, the sales manager is top-notch at what he does so I must also give kudos to Andre, who is also quite well at what he does for the life of me. I cannot remember the salesmans last name. His first name is Mike. He too is a very knowledgeable individual I have purchased not only this Tacoma, but also a RAV4 from him. Your dealership actually works very hard at customer satisfaction. You should be proud of the people that you have working for you.

I like this place, can recommend. This would be a fine place to purchase your next vehicle or service your Toyota. Staff here are friendly, service department is stellar. No complaints, but an area specifically for kids would be a great addition to your store. Thanks to Cassie and Riley, keep up the good work.
