Shane Jones got me through the initial inspection sticker process as fast as he could. I would suggest empowering the service writers with the ability to enter the code which over rides payment of inspection stickers for car purchasers. His having to wait 10 plus minutes to get a code is crazy.

I usually deal w/David Greenlaw but this visit dealt w/Shane Jones who is right up there w/Dave. I recently traded in my old RAV4 and am leasing one. He spent time taking my old RAV off my account and was able to answer some of my questions in regards to leasing.and got me in and out quick. Thank you Shane.

I had an excellent experience at Lia Toyota’s service department, and I can’t say enough good things about Shane Jones, my service advisor. From the moment I arrived, Shane was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail and was extremely knowledgeable about the specific care and maintenance of my Toyota. I really appreciated how he walked me through what needed to be done and why, it made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I had been a longtime customer at another dealership, but after this visit, I know I’ll be coming back to Lia Toyota for all my service needs. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and efficient. It’s rare to find a team that is both so knowledgeable and so personable, and Shane and the service department really exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
