Theres a reason this dealership averages 2. 5 stars. Good luck getting any reliable help from the service department. Weve had ongoing issues with our Tiguan, and while Volkswagens arent exactly known for being the most dependable vehicles, the experience becomes much worse when combined with a dealership that lacks accountability, responsiveness, and basic customer care. Weve already dealt with major engine issues that had to be repaired under warranty easily the worst of our ownership experience. Even after that, we continued reporting a clunking noise from the front end, which had been noted before. When we finally brought the vehicle back to have that addressed, we were told wed have to pay a $200 diagnostic fee if the technician couldnt find anything wrong. That made absolutely no sense given the extensive warranty work already on record and the clear pattern of issues weve had. Needless to say, I wont be bringing my vehicle back here again.

Needed a reliable SUV on short notice, and Joey got me sorted promptly with an incredibly low mileage CPO VW! Everyone at this dealership from the General Mgr down could not do enough to make our buying experience the best that it could be. Our sales person, Tony Reynolds, went above and beyond to acquaint us with our new vehicle. Offering all the time we needed with patience, courtesy and consideration. Purchasing a car is an expensive investment. After months of searching for the right vehicle, with the amenities we were looking for at a price we could handle, we found that at Lia Volkswagon.
