I went to pick up my car from service on a Saturday. Unfortunately, I failed to notice that while the dealership was open until 5pm that day, service actually closed at 3pm. I arrived around 4:30pm and found the service dept. to be closed. I went into the sales department on the off chance that I could get my car. A sales consultant, Christine Yarris, and the General Manager, Eric Hoffman, both bent over backwards to help me fetch my car from service. I also want to thank my service advisor, Tyler Hills, for responding to texts and helping coordinate the pickup after he had already left work for the day. I have bought a few cars from this dealership and serviced them here over the years, and each time I was treated with this same outstanding service. If you are in the market for a Mercedes or need service on your car, Mercedes of Dublin will treat you well.
