I bought a used Corolla with 96k miles from here. Only time and maintenance will tell how it holds up, but Corbin and the team here were stellar to deal with. From the first moment I put in requests from auto trader that I was interested he was responsive, punctual, kind, no-pressure and everytime I showed up at the dealership everything was ready to go. For a Mercedes Benz dealership they could blow off the guy buying the used Corolla but instead I felt like they provided excellent service at every turn. I experienced several dealerships in my used car search and it is no surprise to me that this one has the best reviews. I’m happy to throw another one in the bucket.

I had an exceptional experience with the team at Crown Mercedes Dublin. Everyone demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism and made me feel genuinely valued and appreciated. In the absence of my initial contact and salesman, Mark Alias. He thoughtfully made arrangements for me to work with Corbin Dennis, who was extremely capable and helpful. Although I was somewhat undecided, Corbin never pressured me to make a decision. Instead, he gave me the time and space to think everything through, which ultimately led to a decision I'm extremely happy with. I was also introduced to Sales Manager Conor Maguire, who was personable, reassuring, and professional throughout the process. The entire team made what can be a stressful purchase feel comfortable and straightforward. Lastly, a shout-out to Bryant Monroe, the Finance Manager, who was also professional, approachable, and down-to-earth. He took the time to explain every aspect of the financing clearly and recommended an option that saved me money on my insurance. I am especially happy about that. Thanks, all!

I had an awesome experience at Mercedes Benz of Dublin. I test drove my car on 3 occasions and met with 3 different sales personnel and each one of them was very friendly, competent and helpful. Thank you to Caden, Corbin and Jared. Special mention to Jared Sturgil for being really helpful in my decision making. He also helped me out after my purchase since I had some issue with setting up the Mercedes me app. So thank you to Mercedes Benz of Dublin team. They welcomed me to the Mercedes family and I feel privileged.

I have NEVER had such an easy and amazing car buying experience!!! Dan and Corbin at Mercedes-Benz of Dublin were wonderful to work with. They were incredibly attentive, communicative, thorough and very fair. The whole experience was just amazing. They found the PERFECT first car for my daughter. The purchasing experience was very smooth and easy. Highly recommend this dealership.
