Brought my 2016 E350 in for an intermittent popping/booming noise coming from a failing amplifier, which no independent sound shop was willing to diagnose due to the complexity of the Harman Kardon / Logic 7 system. The service team here took the issue seriously, quoted reasonable labor rates, and provided a loaner car when I needed one. The first repair did not fully resolve the problem, which was understandable given the nature of electrical/audio issues. Instead of handing the car back to me while something was still wrong, they took accountability and kept at it until they found the actual cause. They made sure I was only charged for the repair that fixed the problem, and because that repair was less expensive, my final bill ended up being lower than the amount I originally authorized. That level of accountability and fairness is rare, and it earned my trust. A huge thank you to Dave and the rest of the team for taking excellent care of my car, and for treating me with honesty and transparency throughout the process. I would highly recommend this service center!

I received great service when i bright my car into Crowne Mercedes in Dublin. Dave was very attentive and accommodating. The service is always great and that’s why i keep going back
