My service advisor Dave Kohler represents the brand with exceptional professional quality. Dave has always explained to me why my car needs what it needs and how we’re gonna fix it which makes me very comfortable when it comes to the cost to fix high-end cars. I want to thank the Service Center along with Mr. Seth Kinniard who oversees the service center. Your dealership is only as good as your Service department. Like Mercedes states it is or it isn’t.
