Hayden was very nice, very professional , very helpful. I had flat tire and I got good customer service. Hayden did very good job squeezing very busy day to change and put a new tire on my car and make easy for me to calling Uber for me both times. I really appreciate him a lot the good customer service, good personality, respect and his understanding my frustration that I had! Thank you very much Hayden

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the team at the Mercedes-Benz Dublin location, especially Seth, Brian, and Hayden. Seth provided me with exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. He was very helpful, patient, and took the time to assist me with my vehicle and make sure I understood what was going on. Brian was also kind and extremely helpful, and I truly appreciate the way he and Seth worked together as a team, especially when it came to assisting me with the loaner vehicles. Their communication, teamwork, and willingness to help made a difficult situation a little easier for me. I also want to recognize Hayden for being so kind and helpful. I especially appreciated him delivering the vehicle to me and making the extra effort to assist me. His kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I also want to thank the entire team at the Mercedes-Benz Dublin location, including the individuals who greeted me when I arrived and the person who took the time to clean and prepare the vehicle. I unfortunately do not have everyone’s names, but I want them to know that their efforts were noticed and appreciated as well. Every interaction matters, and I am grateful to everyone who assisted me along the way. I wanted to take the time to recognize the kindness, patience, teamwork, and professionalism that Seth, Brian, Hayden, and the rest of the team showed me.
