I just purchased my tenth Mercedes-Benz. The majority of them have been from Crown. Six or seven of them from the same sales person who is no longer at this dealership. When I began looking for my next vehicle, my good friend recommended Juan Hernandez as a a new sales person. I walked in, was greeted by a nice guy and told him I was looking for Juan. He said, “I am Juan.” I took it as a sign. Juan was fantastic. I had some vehicles I researched prior to my visit. He had a vehicle brought around and we took it for a drive. Two days later I picked it up and brought it home. Juan was so attentive, kind and made sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. He took his time upon delivery to set my system up to recognize me. He helped with settings and made sure I could navigate the media screen with ease. Everyone was helpful, but Juan especially. I have been a Crown customer for a long time so I am familiar with them. Juan gave me a new reason to be sure I will return. Thank you everybody who helped me. Thank you, Juan. All the best to you!
