My boyfriend and I were looking for a fun weekend car and came across an SLK at Mercedes-Benz of Dublin. From the very beginning, Mark (our salesman) was incredibly genuine, kind, and never once made us feel pressured. After our test drive, we had some concerns about the tires because of how long the car had previously been sitting. Mark absolutely went above and beyond for us. He researched the Carfax, then later came outside with us and personally checked each tire to verify the information and make sure we felt comfortable. He certainly didn’t have to take that extra step, but he did, and that really showed us how much he cared about earning our trust and making sure we were happy with the purchase. We ended up buying the car a few days later, at a fair price and have had it for a little over two weeks now. We couldn’t be happier! Mark is truly authentic, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. We are so appreciative of him and the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Dublin!

In the absence of my initial contact and salesman, Mark Alias. He thoughtfully made arrangements for me to work with Corbin Dennis, who was extremely capable and helpful. Although I was somewhat undecided, Corbin never pressured me to make a decision. Instead, he gave me the time and space to think everything through, which ultimately led to a decision I'm extremely happy with. I was also introduced to Sales Manager Conor Maguire, who was personable, reassuring, and professional throughout the process. The entire team made what can be a stressful purchase feel comfortable and straightforward. Lastly, a shout-out to Bryant Monroe, the Finance Manager, who was also professional, approachable, and down-to-earth. I worked with Mark Elias at Crown Dublin while looking for a car. Unfortunately, the deal didn’t end up working out, but that was completely due to me miscommunicating what I was looking for, not Mark’s fault at all. Mark was very understanding and gracious throughout the whole process. He was patient, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, I really appreciated how professional and accommodating he was. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking for a car. He’s a genuinely good guy who cares about helping his customers, and I’d be happy to work with him again in the future.
