Most of the negotiation was handled by text while we were working, and he was responsive, straightforward, and never made the process feel pressured or complicated. Michael, the GM, also deserves recognition for making sure everything came together smoothly and that we felt well taken care of throughout the process. It was clear that customer satisfaction genuinely mattered to him. We also want to specifically recognize Eric, the dent technician. He did an excellent job addressing a small cosmetic concern and was professional, skilled, and very helpful. We ended up purchasing a Mercedes EQS SUV and are extremely happy with both the vehicle and the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional team that works together to take care of its customers, especially Alex, Michael, and Eric.
