Bruno Onetti & Mario helped identify "a noise" that was coming from my dashboard/'A' Piller and discovered some small debris that had lived in there for years and finally broke loose. I dropped in w/out an appointment and they had the whole thing solved in ~ 90 minutes. I am very grateful for this prompt & effective service in an impromptu situation. I always take my Sprinter van to Crown Euro Cars for my services The sole reason I do this is because of Bruno Onetti He always does what he says he’s going to do. He does it in a timely manner. He’s very professional and I can trust him. He’s an incredible employee Crown is lucky to have him I have had many Mercedes throughout the years, and many of the dealerships are horrible and I want nothing to do with However, this is not the way it is With Crown Because of Bruno, I trust them with my car, Van They have a special employee I’m writing this to let you know

Calvin and Bruno in Service are amazing!! I have a MB Sprinter that I must keep in tip top shape to keep my business afloat, and these 2 exemplary professionals make it happen. Anytime I have a mechanical issue, big or small, I can always count on above and beyond service. I never say this about auto repair services, but I am compelled to make a big deal about how I'm treated here. As a woman, you won't be taken advantage of and overcharged for unneeded parts or service. You will be treated with respect and a smile! Bruno is my usual Sprinter expert...but Calvin has stepped in on occasion with that same attention to detail and fast handling of your problem or need. Great work gentlemen! You deserve the shout out. Stay cool!

The only place I'll take my collection of cars. They willingly, and efficiently repair and maintain my older Mercedes-Benz autos. W124s, W202s, S124s etc. Always do a great job and are reasonably priced. They even uber'd me back to my storage garage. Bruno does a Great Job!

April 14th, 2026- Ordered new tires from Bruno Onetti, for my MB GLS 450 from Crown. Crown received the correct brand and sizes and did a great job on the installation and alignment. Crown had the nearly identical price as Costco, but Costco can't do Alignments.
