First Come, First Serve! Imagine having personal phone call with Mercedes Benz sales person, Chase at 6:59pm and letting them know I wanted to move forward with purchase of car we had been dealing with only to have same person text me the very next morning at 9:37am to say "unfortunately that vehicle sold late last night". That's how you'll be treated at this dealership so if you find something you want, you better get it because they will sell out from underneath you and will not even give you the courtesy of a phone call to let you know they are simply going to get the best offer they can period. Customer experience be damned. Absolutely devastated to have found my first MB and then to have been treated so unprofessionally through this experience. Good luck and hope that you get there first with the money!
