Chris Hooker responded immediately to an online inquiry and followed up in a professional manner until I was able to come in to the dealership. Everyone including Chris and Mark Israel, the finance manager, were friendly, helpful, and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Chris and Mark for all your Mercedes purchases!
