Donald is great! He took great care of me when I was having an issue. He kinda had the idea of what it would be and the cost and was up front with it. Car was diagnosed and he we were 100% it needed a simple update that fix the problem. Mercedes is a okay but Donald made it a good experience owning one. Employees Worked With: Don Shelton

I had an exceptional experience at Crown Mercedes-Benz, and I have to give special recognition to Donald Shelton and Frank Caporicci, the Service Director. What stood out to me most was the genuine, old school approach to customer service. In an industry where things can sometimes feel transactional, Donald and Frank made the experience feel personal. They took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and make sure I felt taken care of from beginning to end. Donald was outstanding knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to every detail. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was handled properly. Frank also went above and beyond to ensure that the service experience met the standard you would expect from a premium Mercedes-Benz dealership. There was a level of professionalism, pride, and personal attention here that you don’t come across as often anymore. It reminded me of the old school way of doing business build relationships, stand behind your work, take care of your customers, and make sure they leave feeling valued. Last week, I took my Mercedes GLE 53 AMG in for a warranty issue. I love this car and it's the second one that I've bought from my salesperson Larry Chapman at Crown Mercedes. My service writer Don Shelton took great care of me, as he always does. The repair was done in a timely matter and to my complete satisfaction. I am always treated so well by Don and Larry and every experience I have ever had with them and Crown has been 5 star!!!

This was a true 5 star experience! I entered this magnificent dealership and was amazed by the selection. I came in to test drive a 2026 E 43. I met with Alex E. My sales person. It was an excellent experience. Alex was not only knowledgeable but had a great personality to match. Alex listened to what I was interested in but recommended what he thought was a better fit for my situation. Alex asked me to look at the 2026 AMG CLE 53. Talk about love at first site! This was my dream car. It was perfect. Alex and the entire team treated my like family. It had been one week with my new car and it is an amazing machine.
