Frank Vazquez has been my “go to” guy when time to buy a new car. Here are a couple reasons…he is a great listener(perhaps the best I’ve ever worked with), is able to clearly identify what’s important to me and then does everything possible to find the car that matches what I’m looking for. He’s done this every time I’ve worked with him. Plus, he returns calls promptly, responds to my emails immediately and makes the whole process fun. I highly, highly recommend him. By the way, I’ve probably bought at least six cars from him…actually so many I’ve lost count.

After our initial encounter Melisa searched for the difficult to find vehicle I requested. She called every 10 days or so to update me. She found 2, both were sold... Finally she found my dream car in white and will "wrap" it in my color , Candy Apple Red. Her service is amazing. She never promises anything that she does not provide. Her communication is non intrusive but I ALWAYS know she's there. I don't hesitate to call her. I never expected an experience as smooth,as easy,as friendly. These guys have both been incredible. We ordered our car in December 2024. We got a build order of 04/2025 in Germany. Things changed and these guys searched the whole country for a car that was similar to the one we ordered. Frank and Rob did work above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They found our car in Hilton Head and we agreed upon the price. Our car arrived on Saturday 04/12/2025. They found it on Monday 04/07/2025. In 6 days, no way! What a surprise!
