Easiest auto purchase ever. No hard sales. Ken just tried to help us figure out what automobile was best for me. He was so thorough with sales he really was kind & calm. His manager Jay May assisted in working our deal smoothly & in a quick fashion (thank goodness) and even gave me special additions I wanted without charging.
