This is the second time I've gotten a car from this dealership and it is by far, the best dealership I've ever dealt with. Everyone is extremely professional and they take the pain out of getting a new car. This time my salesman was Anders Margan and we worked out all the details of the car I wanted and special ordered before I stepped foot in the dealership. It is really important to me that my salesperson be responsive and Anders was very attentive and responsive to any and all of my questions as we went through the process. My GLC300 was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and Anders as well as his supervisor, Karl-Eric Rigaud, who was my salesman last time. I also need to mention Bella Harrington who was our finance person and she was also very professional and easily answered any of our questions. She made the signing of all that paperwork a pleasant experience as well.

UPDATE: 2025 We had such a wonderful experience in 2024 purchasing our 2024 GLE450, with the assistance of Karl-Eric Rigaud that we decided to return to look at 2025 SUVs. Again, Karl-Eric was fantastic in assisting us with our purchase. Hes in management now and introduced us to work with a Salesman that is new to Mercedes Benz, he was nice, and we were happy that he worked closely with Karl-Eric. Hes still needs to be a bit more detailed oriented, especially dealing with customers buying high end luxury vehicles. He was also a pleasure to work with Tony again as he explained all the technology of our new 2025 EV. Thank you again Karl-Eric and Tony, you guys are awesome!!! ********************************************* Absolutely the best experience buying a luxury vehicle, (our vehicle GLE450 4Matic Pinnacle Edition).
