Last week, I took my Mercedes GLE 53 AMG in for a warranty issue. I love this car and it's the second one that I've bought from my salesperson Larry Chapman at Crown Mercedes. My service writer Don Shelton took great care of me, as he always does. The repair was done in a timely matter and to my complete satisfaction. I am always treated so well by Don and Larry and every experience I have ever had with them and Crown has been 5 star!!!

Went to Crown Eurocars yesterday and met with Matt Morgan. He was extremely helpful and answered my questions about the car I wanted to purchase. After meeting with Matt, I decided to purchase my Mercedes-Benz, and I am glad with my purchase. After our initial encounter Melisa searched for the difficult to find vehicle I requested. She called every 10 days or so to update me. She found 2, both were sold... Finally she found my dream car in white and will "wrap" it in my color , Candy Apple Red. Her service is amazing. She never promises anything that she does not provide. Her communication is non intrusive but I ALWAYS know she's there. I don't hesitate to call her. I never expected an experience as smooth,as easy,as friendly.
