Went to Crown Eurocars yesterday and met with Matt Morgan. He was extremely helpful and answered my questions about the car I wanted to purchase. After meeting with Matt, I decided to purchase my Mercedes-Benz, and I am glad with my purchase. He made sure that everything went well with the purchase and provided service above and beyond my expectations. Larry Chapman and Tyler (finance guy) were very helpful too. After our initial encounter Melisa searched for the difficult to find vehicle I requested. She called every 10 days or so to update me. She found 2, both were sold... Finally she found my dream car in white and will "wrap" it in my color , Candy Apple Red. Her service is amazing. She never promises anything that she does not provide. Her communication is non intrusive but I ALWAYS know she's there. I don't hesitate to call her. I never expected an experience as smooth,as easy,as friendly.
