I want to especially recognize Matt Morgan and Mike Martin for truly turning my car-buying experience around. I initially started the process with a different salesperson and had some issues early on, but Matt and Mike stepped in immediately and worked incredibly hard to make things right. They went above and beyond to regain my trust, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure I felt completely supported and confident moving forward. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. They didnt just fix the situation, they exceeded my expectations. After our initial encounter Melisa searched for the difficult to find vehicle I requested. She called every 10 days or so to update me. She found 2, both were sold... Finally she found my dream car in white and will "wrap" it in my color , Candy Apple Red. Her service is amazing. She never promises anything that she does not provide. Her communication is non intrusive but I ALWAYS know she's there. I don't hesitate to call her. I never expected an experience as smooth,as easy,as friendly. I ALWAYS receive the BEST service at CrownEuro. From my Advisor Don S., Michael the guy that handled getting me a Loaner Car...to the girl at the cashier desk when I picked up my car. Other than having to pay the bill...the entire process was GREAT!!!

TERRIBLE DO NOT CONTACT. I WAS TREATED EXTREMELY POORLY STARTING WITH MARC ISRAEL FOLLOWED BY SOME KARL GUY (CLAIMED TO HAVE CALLED/EMAILED ME WHEN HE DIDNT) AND THEN SOME STUPID MIKE MARTIN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO TO CLEARWATER MERCEDES THEY ACTUALLY TAKE CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY AND TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT.
