Alex made our entire car-buying experience easy, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Most of the negotiation was handled by text while we were working, and he was responsive, straightforward, and never made the process feel pressured or complicated. Michael, the GM, also deserves recognition for making sure everything came together smoothly and that we felt well taken care of throughout the process. It was clear that customer satisfaction genuinely mattered to him. We also want to specifically recognize Eric, the dent technician.
