This was a true 5 star experience! I entered this magnificent dealership and was amazed by the selection. I came in to test drive a 2026 E 43. I met with Alex E. My sales person. It was an excellent experience. Alex was not only knowledgeable but had a great personality to match. Alex listened to what I was interested in but recommended what he thought was a better fit for my situation. Alex asked me to look at the 2026 AMG CLE 53. Talk about love at first site! This was my dream car. It was perfect. Alex and the entire team treated my like family. It had been one week with my new car and it is an amazing machine. I had been searching for quite some time to purchase a new Mercedes, and I’ll admit I was quick to walk away from dealerships whenever I felt pressured, experienced poor service, or couldn’t find exactly what I wanted. I’m someone who knows what I need and values a straightforward, no-haggle, easy process. After months of looking, I came across Crown and saw that Victor Lema had outstanding reviews. When I walked into the showroom, he was the one who approached me while I was checking out a vehicle I was interested in test driving and that’s when everything changed. Within less than an hour, I had test-driven the car and was able to move forward with exactly what I was looking for. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly stress-free, very similar to the great experience I had years ago when I purchased my last Mercedes in Texas. From Victor to the managers, Tony in tech, and Rob in finance, the whole team made the process seamless. After driving my previous Mercedes for 10 years, I knew it was time for an upgrade, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!
