I have been buying vehicles for my wife and myself for years at Crown. My recent purchase at Crown Mercedes for my forth Mercedes was nothing short of extraordinary. Again I had Omar Rodriguez as my Salesperson who always goes beyond expectations to take care of his customers. When I first inquired on the vehicle I wanted to GM Mr Niezbezki he made sure it was transfered over without delay and Omar took over to get it ready for delivery. The team works in a manner of fine precision. Making every request every need taken care of without issue. They make sure everything falls into place. In the end Omar and Marc Israel Crowns Veteran Finance Manager made sure the numbers worked and I had my Mercedes Extended Warranty in place without extending me out. They are truly Family here over 25 years I have purchased all my vehicles from the Crown Family of Brands My last stop was with Frank Caporici Service Director who inspected the vehicle with his team and ordered what was needed in Warranty. One more item when I arrived on a past Saturday after my purchase Omar knew I had a tight schedule during the week so he set it up that the outside Company was there to touch up a spot professionally while I got my training on the vehicle. Anthony Tony Beyley was very accommodating. My moonroof broke the same time my phone did. I explained I could only text through my watch. Tony text me with every step my car reached. He set up my shuttle to work and to pick me up from home when my car was ready.

My service advisor, Bruno Onetti, and his technical team do a great job servicing my Sprinter Class C RV. Not cheap, but nothing is with a Mercedes, but realizable on-time and with good advice on how best to keep our RV up and running.
