I’m someone who knows what I need and values a straightforward, no-haggle, easy process. After months of looking, I came across Crown and saw that Victor Lema had outstanding reviews. When I walked into the showroom, he was the one who approached me while I was checking out a vehicle I was interested in test driving and that’s when everything changed. Within less than an hour, I had test-driven the car and was able to move forward with exactly what I was looking for. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly stress-free, very similar to the great experience I had years ago when I purchased my last Mercedes in Texas. From Victor to the managers, Tony in tech, and Rob in finance, the whole team made the process seamless. After driving my previous Mercedes for 10 years, I knew it was time for an upgrade, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

He is friendly, not pushy. The whole sales process was smooth. Tony was also great explaining the ins and outs of the specific model when we picked it up. We have also had good experiences bringing the car in for services. Recommend this dealership all the way around.
