I am disappointed 4 months had a c300 2023 I was screw over with my payments and loan term and Tyler finance guy also added stuff to my principle that I didn’t ask to have at all and he never explain to me what was going to be added on too my car and I am very disappointed I will never buy from this dealership ever again 💯

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mauricio, Tyler, and the entire team at Crown Mercedes-Benz. After spending several days trying to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, I reached out to Crown Mercedes-Benz about a vehicle they had in inventory. From the very first conversation, Mauricio and Tyler were responsive, professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most was their communication. Every question was answered promptly, every step was clearly explained, and I never had to wonder what was happening. They made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. Not only did they help me secure the exact vehicle I wanted, but they also treated me like a valued customer throughout the entire process. The experience didn't end when I signed the paperwork, either. Since taking delivery, I've received multiple follow-up calls from members of the team congratulating me on my new vehicle, checking in to make sure everything is going well, and asking if there's anything I need. I absolutely love my new Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 Cabriolet, and I'm incredibly grateful to Mauricio, Tyler, and the entire Crown Mercedes-Benz team for helping make it happen. I cannot say enough great things about this place! We worked with Isaac, Matt the manager for used cars and Tyler in finance to get our Mazda CX-5! Went to Crown Eurocars yesterday and met with Matt Morgan. He was extremely helpful and answered my questions about the car I wanted to purchase. After meeting with Matt, I decided to purchase my Mercedes-Benz, and I am glad with my purchase. He made sure that everything went well with the purchase and provided service above and beyond my expectations. Larry Chapman and Tyler (finance guy) were very helpful too.
