Purchased a vehicle here the day before, it was late (after 5) by the time the deal was finalized and service was closed. I had discovered a small issue and wanted it looked at. The next AM, I went to service and spoke to Brian. WOW! He was SO polite. Took care of me immediately and even took extra time to show me some more cool things with my new GLS580! They were busy, he wasn't expecting me and I was THE ONLY person there when he was speaking with me. THIS IS SERVICE! Nice nice nice! Thank you SO much Brian!! NL

I have maintained my BMW exactly as manufacturer recommends. I have low miles but my warranty is up so after spending over $2k. My check engine came back on 2 days later so I took my car back a week later and they said it had nothing to do with what they had previously worked on and charged me another 3.5k .Brian the service advisor was very nice and did all he could to help me, this is no reflection of the service I received from him.

I recently had to get my newly purchased vehicle serviced I took it back to Capital eurocars I was helped by Brian in the service department and there was an issue with the vehicle he explained it to me he contacted me every other day just to make sure that I was aware of every step that my vehicle was experiencing he was Beyond helpful he remained in contact with me the entire time that they had my vehicle I got my vehicle back two days later and it's running perfectly

Jessica Wade and Bryan Huey have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. When I walked into Capital Eurocars I was greeted immediately and treated phenomenally. They both made my car experience wonderful and easy. I purchased a brand new used x5 and I love it. They attended to every concern expressed. Anything I asked she always found a way to resolve the issue or problem. Every time I walked out of the door I left with a sense of problem solved. If she did not know the answer to a question, Bryan Huey was able to assist. As I told Jessica, she is wonderful at her job. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She genuinely cared, which is sooooooo important to me. We all know sometimes the stereotypical car sales man is just trying to get a sale and rushing you through the process, but with Jessica and Bryan they allowed me to take my time and explained everything I needed and more. I also admired that she wasn't pushy, she heard my needs and wants, and gave me exactly what I was in search of. These are two of Capital Eurocars Gems, I am glad that I was able to go through this process with the two of them. Excellent Vehicle, and Excellent service.
