I did wait a bit to repair the tire on my 2021 BMW 750i, but he was very sensitive to my time and showed extreme courtesy. I had a great purchase experience working with Alex Boucher. He is an impressive young man well versed in the abilities of the Mercedes models he sells, including all the technology bells and whistles that are equipped on these cars. Alex is not a pushy salesman but listens to what you say and answers all of your questions. I had actually brought my older vehicle in for service. After looking at some replacement options with Alex and the offer of a great trade-in value, I left the dealership in a 2022 Mercedes. Alex reminded me of my former, now-retired salesman, Bruce Parker. I think Alex paid close attention to Bruce on how to treat his customers. I was very impressed with Alex. Thanks so much Alex! when I entered capital euro cars it was to pickup my98 e320 which I own fro twenty years; it was never my intentions to get a new automobile.just looking around the dealership while waiting for service to be completed I encountered sales person Jessica wade who not only greeted me but insisted that I take a look at some of the autos in the show room.i have lays thought it a bad idea to purchase an auto in the show room or presently on the lot, but with her assurance that I would be getting a new auto, also great personal care from her as my sales person she finally convinced me to return two days later with my spouse and we purchased the auto she suggested. so fR IM PLEASED AND I LOOKI forward to working with ms wade learning everything about this very complicated constructed auto.i vaLUE HER AQUAINTANCE.

I made an appointment with Parke Stafford to have my Mercedes airbags replaced due to a recall. The Mercedes was repaired in a timely manner and Parke provided me with a status report along the way.
