It was certainly worth my two-hour plus drive to have my car serviced by this dealership. My service advisor, Parke Stafford, paid very close attention to my needs and the assigned mechanic, Roger Laferla, was outstanding. I have owned many Mercedes Benz vehicles and this was the best ever experience at a dealership. I was allowed to go into the very impressive, clean workshop area and see my vehicle up on the ramp and for the first-time ever was invited to ride with the mechanic on the pre-service test drive. This has now become my dealership of choice, even though there are other dealers closer to my home.

This is my third new car purchase from Capital Eurocars. I would not go anywhere else or shop for another brand but Mercedes Benz. I was assisted by Claude Rabbath, who is a Mercedes expert. He helped me order the perfect vehicle, making knowledgable recommendations. He walked me through the entire process in building my vehicle. Claude listened to what I needed and customized my vehicle perfectly. He made the process easy and explained all my options clearly. Claude kept me informed every step of the way until my vehicle arrived in the United States. He delivered it to me with a big red bow. Just as I wanted! I love my vehicle. It is amazing! It is a Mercedes Benz! Nothing but the best in both vehicles and dealerships. Thank you, Claude for your courtesy, humor, and flair! You are wonderful! From the receptionist to the service manager to the Mercedes technician. Flawless communication! I am 60 years old and have never taken any of my cars to a dealership (I am a mechanic myself). However, my 2014 Mercedes GL350 needed the technical expertise of a trained Mercedes technician. I called and was directed to Joe Trozzo. He was great! I drove from Panama City Fl. to Tallahassee to meet Joe and he made transaction easy peasy! He quoted me a price and it was Exactly what I ended up paying. While my car was at the dealership hurricane Michael hit us hard in Callaway Fl.. They went out of their way to oblige when I requested them to keep my car for me while we dug out from the debris. Great company...
