I had a really great experience with Jose! I’m honestly not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars, so I was a little nervous going in because I was worried I wouldn’t understand everything or know what I was supposed to do. Jose made me feel comfortable right away and made the whole process so much easier for me. He was very patient, had a great attitude, and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured, and he made sure I felt good about everything before moving forward. I really appreciate how helpful and welcoming he was throughout the whole experience. Definitely recommend Jose!
