My Porsche was experiencing electrical issues in the hybrid system and contacted Dustin Wheeler at Porsche of Tallahassee and explained the issue. He told me to ship the vehicle and he would get an assessment moving. The same day I got the evaluation and he explained what needed to be done. Dustin told me to think about it and leave the vehicle as long as I needed. Dustin also took me to get my things out of the vehicle a few days later. They fixed the vehicle and did some warranty work as well. I picked it up Saturday and so far everything is working like new. Dustin and team did a fabulous job. Thank you!

The communication from Dustin Wheeler at Porsche of Tallahassee was par excellence from start to finish. Dustin arranged a loaner (Macan EV) and kept me apprised of the status of, what turned out to be, a major Technical Service Bulletin repair. When I had to cross the state, Dustin and Cullen Griffin exchanged the Macan EV for an ICE Macan to allay my range anxiety. Phenomenal service from both of these fine gentlemen that exceeded my expectations.
