I cant say enough good things about my experience at this dealershipespecially with Cedric Nealy and Major Lowe. What started as a stressful situationprevious car literally breaking down in their parking lot (on a Sunday where most other places were closed)turned into one of the most positive car-buying experiences Ive ever had. From the very beginning, I was met with genuine care and professionalism. Even when I wasnt sure what I wanted, Cedric never rushed me or made me feel pressured. Instead, he patiently walked me through everything, helping me understand the difference between what I wanted and what I truly needed. He made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way, which meant a lotespecially since this was my first time purchasing a brand new car. Naturally, I was a bit nervous going into it, but Cedric made the process feel easyhonestly easier than any used car purchase Ive had in the past. Then theres Major Lowe, who handled the financing side. He was incredibleknowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood everything I was signing. He took the time to educate me, not just process paperwork, and that really stood out. Overall, thanks to Cedric and Major, what could have been a stressful day turned into an experience Ill always appreciate. If youre looking for a team that truly cares and will help you find the right vehicle for both your wants and your needs, you wont go wrong with them......again this was all done on a Sunday afternoon while everyone else was closed.
